Job Summary
Production Team Members build seats and seat components for vehicles. Production Team Members cycle through an established rotation of tasks within a workday. Other functions include but are not limited to seat teardown, seat repair, and minor equipment maintenance and adjustments. Employees must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Experience Needed:
High School degree or equivalent required
Must be able to consistently lift and carry parts weighing up to 30 pounds
Must be able to continuously:
Perform fine finger movements.
Utilize hands to grip/grasp tools, parts, and materials.
Perform pushing/pulling movements.
Perform bending/stooping movements.
Work in a standing position throughout the shift.
