Job Summary

Production Operators operate various Metalforming machines to produce components for vehicles. This includes operating Melt/Foundry equipment, laser/CNC machines, and die casting equipment. Upon hire, employees will be assigned to work in one of these areas. Additional tasks may include quality assurance, performing basic troubleshooting and keeping workstations clean, among others.

Key Responsibilities of Production Assemblers

  1. All work will be performed with safety in mind for yourself, coworkers, and equipment always.
  2. To work within guidelines of the company rules and guidelines to comply with MIOSHA standards.
  3. To load and unload production equipment as instructed.
  4. Basic tool changes may be required.
  5. Operation of the production cell and peripheral equipment in an efficient manner
  6. The operator of this cell is responsible for the quality of the product that is always produced to meet our customer and CCMI expectations.
