Now hiring for the following shifts:

  • B Shift – Monday-Sunday – 2:30pm-10:30pm
  • C Shift – Monday-Sunday – 10:30pm-6:30am

Overtime: Up to 4 hours mandatory overtime daily
Additional Days: Expect to work mandatory Saturdays and Sundays (based on business needs)

 Job Summary

Production Associates operate machinery which manufactures parts for the automotive industry. This includes operating Press and Stamping equipment, industrial laser equipment and welding assembly equipment. Upon hire, employees will be assigned to work in one of these areas. Additional tasks may include quality assurance, performing basic troubleshooting and keeping workstations clean, among others.

Key Responsibilities of Production Associates

 

  1. Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies
  2. Fluency in English is required for effective communication in our workplace
  3. Operate resistance spot weld machines to assembler products
  4. Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data
  5. Complete SC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required
  6. Weld destruct testing and recording of data as required
  7. Basic machine maintenance/weld tip changes
  8. 100% visual inspection & packaging of product
  9. Operate machines at optimum efficiency to achieve acceptable rates
  10. Tagging and labeling containers per the work instructions
  11. Housekeeping and other activities as assigned
  12. Assist with inventory
